Intimacy Starts Outside the Bedroom
Quick guide to get the intimacy back, without the pressure, stress and tension of "making it happen in the bedroom".

Here is 3 actions you can take to help bring the intimacy back:

  1. Start physical affection outside of the bedroom
The common mistake couples often make is focusing all of their attention in the bedroom to bring the intimacy back.

This is a recipe for disaster!

Focus on holding hands, kissing and stealing cheeky moments in the kitchen.

It does not have to be full on level 10 all of the time, the more affection, love and care you show through you day the more the intimacy builds and when it comes to crunch time you are both more likely to be receptive.

2. Give Appreciation/Compliments to your partner

Everyone wants to feel wanted, loved and desired.

Create this with your partner.

Send them a message telling them all of the sexy or beautiful things about them.

Give them compliments and notice the small stuff.

The small things matter-he/she bought a new top and it looks amazing.

Take the time to tell them.

3. Don't leave things unsaid

Have you needed to say something but just couldn't?

Holding back thoughts, feelings and emotions can often lead to intimacy issues (not always, but sometimes).

Say what you need to say with love, care and consideration of your partner.

We need to feel open, safe and loved to have amazing intimate experiences and the more we foster this, the better our connection will be with our partner.
